I havent had the final details yet from AI. I was supposed to be getting them end of last week
I have emailed them though.

Right... i have just spoken to AI a minute ago.
Ideally we need to set up and mark out the stand the evening before the event.
I will have to go down on the friday to get this sorted.
It will be open from 5pm to 8pm to do this. I need some volunteers please.
I will be doing a thread with all the info I have when i get home tonight, i will include a list of standees too.
If there are any questions you have please let me know, i will answer them or if i cant answer them i will contact AI.
i have times etc, so no need to worry about that.
Also does someone have access to a laminator?

mrs dave got laminator at work an we will be there the night before, i will have that banner stand all ready by then as well, and i got loads of that red n white tape left

Well we have been offered the use of a display board, its not 100% that they can bring it but they going to let me know.
I thought it would be good to have some info of the forum, maybe some pics of the cars and some fiat facts, so i may be asking for some help with this.

Doesnt wimmy usually head down on the day and set up. We all convoyed down last year. But neither of us had a stand last year at brooklands.

we had a makeshift stand for boo.. on the walk up to the hill, but was just more like organised chaos tbh :devil: are we going to be right next to eachother then with a decent spot? if so ive got my work cut out.. the cars better than last year but still a bit rough around the edges

I'll be staying over the night before so might be on hand to help. Should be there in the tipo but still have a bit of rust to contend with Might have to bodge it for now until funds allow.

I am not sure where all the stands are in relevance to eachother, I havent been given the paperwork yet.
