So what a catalogue of errors I had yesterday,

I drank so much on the friday night, I woke up at 6am Saturday morning on the bathroom floor with a towel over me, I have no idea why, or do my friends  I got back into the bed and woke up late at 8:20, damn I was hungover.

I therefore missed the start at Tesco, sorry Bob, I know you wanted a go in the GP. So ran along as fast I could do to Brooklands, pulled up, got my jacket and number plates out the boot and closed the boot - with my car key still in it :bang:

The car was locked, and knew there was only thing to do, went to have breakfast at Tesco and waited for my other friends to arrive so I could steal their car and drive up to Birmingham to get the spare key. Actually got back around 3pm so many cars were already leaving

Ah well, all my own fault - you'd think i'd have learnt my lesson by now :D

Just got back 5 minutes ago. T'was a good day, I was a little quiet, mainly because I'd never met any of you before  :p But was good to see you all (y) Gutted we couldn't have the bbq since I've just had to throw away 40 sausages  (n)

Oh, and I've got some pics/videos to upload but I'll do it later as I'm going out tonight

Mate you should have introduced yourself! The Marea is still going good and I owe you a drink - still - for having a look around it.

Was a really good turn out - Thanks to Sammi for organising it, Dave for his sign, and everyone else for turning out with a great selection of Fiats. Really did the marque proud.

Got a few vids and photos to come. Damn shame about the BBQ but at least the charcoal will keep for next event. (y)

Great turn out.

Thanks to Sammi and everyone else for sorting out the event. It was great. James really likes it to, it worn him out so he only woke up once last night :D

i ate all my sausages :D

out of the 32 i bought, ive got 5 left :yum:

was great fun, even if ppl did take the mick outta my car  and was really nice to meet lots of new people (y)

hopefully see you all at staford hall (if my wheels dont fall off ;) )

Great meet guys!
Great day out!
Petty about the snooty verdi ferrari club who reckon that fiats are a waste of time and effort:rolleyes: , what they've got to remember is that fiat more or less control/own ferrari's ass(y)

I'll see if I can get a few of my vids up, reckon the FF photo gall will be able to host?

and does anyone know where I can get some ear plugs like the guy with the red de tomaso pantera? as 4,000-4,200 rpm for 8hours has made me deaf, I need a 7speed box(y)

Isn't Verdi a Ferrari specialist garage?
And Ferrari is a part of Fiat, as far as I'm aware. Next time you see a Ferrari Formula 1 car, compare the size of the prancing horse logo on the nose with the size of the Fiat logo. :D
