Audio problem

I cannot get any sound from my AD182H radio. Everything works apart from giving out the sound.

I have put a circuit tester on the speaker connector at the back of the stereo and am getting 6 volts from all of the positive connections AND 6 volts from all of the negative connections. Is this right ?????

Anyone got any ideas ?

haveyou recently pulled out ur head unit? check the cable connection etc...
