hii everyone,

finally got my panda running, after walking away from it for few weeks :slayer: ha

project is happing, all stipped out ready to go the welders this weekend hopfuly, found bit more rust and going to do the sills and everythin while its in

so hopfully it gettin on goin

How you got her going

ohh well fitted new starter motor but wasent that, but not bothered as it will last now nad cleaned all the terminals soo that wont b a problem for a while but in the end was the ignition swich, fitted that the other day and it fired up straight away with sum fresh fuel and a little bit of help of fuel in the carb :slayer: was soo happy to hear her running

Glad to hear that it was only the switch in a way, but its still the first one that I've heard of failing

If your going to fit it to the car, you are aware that you can swap the key barrels so that you can use the origional barrel and key arn't you?

Yeah, put key in and turn it to mark, and there is a small catch on the side of the barrel. Push that and the lock slides out, and can be put into another. Nice and simple and only takes about a minute if the shroud is off of the steering column
