Athletes stick to 'lucky underpants'

Apart from thinking that any underpants that you stick to would be a bit off-putting to say the least, tell us about your superstitions.
I always put my left sock on first, then right sock, then left shoe, right shoe.
And left leg in lucky underpants first. Always have done.

Got my 'lucky' sailing gloves. They're actually mountain biking gloves but they do the job of preventing rope burns or losing my wedding ring


Had to go sailing without them a couple weeks back - I didn't like it.
