General ASR ESP disconnect

Hi everyone,
Just checking to see if anyone can help.
I have a Fiat 500L. 1.4 2008 and have some issues,
My asr switch light is permanently on , Speedo flashing hill holder unavailable, esp disconnected and light in cluster on.
Done many scans, mostly steering angle missing and can bus off.
Changed steering column motor,done proxy alignment and steering settings but no change, still says can off.
Any suggestions thanks

Agreed. You need to discount these two before you can move onto anything else.
