Im thinkg of moving away from orange, they are doing my head in but, still i have been with them since 98, and they have gone down the ****pan compared to the good ole days.
Dont want to go to O2 as too many horror stories about their customer service and Vodaphone as the mess the phones up with all the live stuff. T-Mobile flex would save me money (depending on if handset was free) orange woudl remain the same, but are T-Mobile still that bad?
Waiting for the N80 to come out though so it'll be about June before I swap
Well, with orange, I'd been really satisfied, but I wasn't getting a suitable deal, and if I'd wanted to get a good phone, I'd have to sacrifice the package I wanted. So i changed to O2, but that was run through singlepoint. They were the biggest pile of crap in existence. Firstly, they called me from a number I didn't know and left a message saying "call us at singlepoint, we need some of your personal information" - at this point I didn't have a clue who singlepoint were, so I didn't respond. They cut my phone off, and then charged me for re-initialising it. They also charged me for insurance on 2 phones, one that I had stolen but tey wouldn't pay up on, and the current one. And then an array of other mistakes including overcharging.
When I moved to T-Mobile, I had a discussion with a T-Mobile rep, who got me the phone I wanted, AND taylored a deal to suit me. ALso, since my circumstances changed a lot in the first couple of years, i was able to use their online facility to constantly change my contract, adding more minutes, or texts, or adding roaming facility.
I've had one problem with them, where they disabled my ability to text abroad (and call I assume), I'd been capable in Sweden, but not when I went to Ibiza. But I e-mailed them, they called me, and then enabled it. Took about 4 minutes.
Good enough for me
