What's the latest on front ARB bushes?

Are people going with originals or poly?

If poly, which ones are the best to go for and do they need re-working to fit properly?

Cheers.

There are no originals, Fiat supply the whole ARB assembly only.

I used Superflex, Part no SF429-1816K which fitted the ARB fine, however the outside diameter was slightly larger than the originals.
I took the whole ARB assembly off the car, split the bush holding brackets, clamped up brackets with the new bushes, tightened the bolts and it's sorted.

If you're going to do the job yourself, not much point in going for the Fiat unit, it's 5 times the cost and the poly bushes will outlive the car for virtually the same amount of work.

The brackets have already been split and removed last summer when i packed the bushes out to stop the knocking.

It's back now, so it's time to get new/better bushes on there.

so if i remove the brackets and use those poly bushes, all will be good?

what size did you use?

I believe they are replacements for a Saab 9000, 19mm roll bar diameter IIRC but Chris at Superflex is the best person to speak to.
If you've already split the brackets, you should be able to fit them in situ but you'll probably need to pare 3-4mm from the the outside diameter as the Saab brackets are definitely larger.
