well I had the same with Lasek with Ultralase from optical express.

I had it on the thursday morning and by friday morning i had 20/20 vision.

Its great after having to wear glasses for over 13 years. Although at 24 it will last me unitl my 40's which again will be down to the muscles in the back of the eye relaxing in older years.

on a good note tho there is a procedure being developed for this.

Bit confused here. Ultralase and Optical Express are two different companies. Also, are you sure it was Lasek (contact lenses inserted after the operation) and not Lasik - faster recovery and no contact lenses?

i dont mind wearing the bins personally, hate contacts.

but im going to have to get mine renewed at some point as they broke and now its looking like i have problems with distance and close up stuff. the eyes of a pensioner in a 26 year old

confused myself after reading it.

It was CustomVue Wavefront LASIK now looking at the paperwork.

I didnt really pay much attention just new it was going to sort out my vision.

I burst out laughing when the surgeon put the flap back down and brushed over it to make sure it was sat right. Bloody tickly

Ahhhh, that makes more sense.

I had the same laughter chap but it was at being able to see! Room full of smiling faces staring back at me as I was gurning like a kid.
