Im in luton and need some reliable help installing a sub to a standard HU in an 08 GP

More information might be more useful for us to help with - what do you actually need help with. The sourcing of the sub (and amp) or the installing? What items do you have already, if any? Will you be installing it yourself and need a helping hand to point the way or planning on paying someone to do the install?
