Side skirts became standard on the Active Sport not Dynamic. Theyve never been standard on the Dynamic, im gonna have to put them on as an option

well when i rung up fiat, and said should they be on my 03 model, the girl said yes they should. and she was going of her computer.. planning if fiat new, then maybe my insurers will find out the same way...
