Technical Any thoughts on replacement bulkhead drain tubes?

I know there are a few post on water ingress but I haven't seen any cures for the drain tubes?
Any ideas on replacing these, see photo.
Ideally something a bit bigger so they don't block so easily.

There is a special application of Murphy's law that says a hole will all ways get blocked if its purpose is to drain, while tiny holes like punctures in a tire or tube stay open until they get fixed.
