Looks OK,

The Sporting exhaust back box will fit, just needs a stepper sleeve to take it down a size to fit the 899 front pipe.

The Sportex will fit. But it's pretty heavy and pretty expensive. A visit to CES (or a similar exhaust merchant) should get you the Sporting cat back and the reducer for a lot less (rallcinq's idea).

Don't expect any performance benefit over the equally available standard set up, though.

Does this mean a cat back system for a sporting (or even an OEM) will fit a 899 (ie route the same way) with some help from a reducerring?

Pretty sure it will. But it's both pointless and more expensive!

i have this exhaust of my MPI sei sporting, sounds awesome, not loud or chav, jus right, sort of burples along, I cant say if it made my car faster ect but it makes the back of my car look better.

Yup, the 899 and 1108 pipes route exactly the same way and all thats needed is that reducer.
