I have a 2011 Fiat 500C. Should I use Distilled or De-ionised water to fill with Paraflu. Thank you
That's what I use too; basically it's distilled water, and is better for this purpose than deionosed. I do run it through a filter paper first, though, just to catch any dust that might be in it.I get stuff from a dehumidifier as its free
It's often high in bacterial load (think about what birds do), so it tends to go green in storage. It can also sometimes contain fine grit particles from windblown sand. Water collected from a roof can be quite dirty.Filtered rain water also good
Boiling removes some, but not all hardness; how effective this is depends on what is actually dissolved in the tap water in your area.I just use previously boiled tap water
Me to for the car washing, as my steam cleaner can drain a 1000 litre IBC container quite quickly so being on a water meter, not a good idea.I do use it for washing the car, though.
Your more walking wounded than me Lol. Im bad enough to be amusingIn my area of Devon it is not a hard water area and we get no kettles "calcifying up" etc. Unlike my sisters in London and Southampton who always comment on how much better the tea tastes when they come back home to me.
So since I started in the Motor trade in 1969 tap water has been fine with no issues for coolant and even car batteries before theyd became sealed and this has been with regular customers over decades.
I cannot comment on the quality with regards to animal poo since recent South West Water issues in Brixham however, I still drink my tap water as I have for the last nearly 73 years and look at me.![]()
That is a negative, I rang yesterday and they admitted they had scanned my Medical report into their system 12 days ago, but that is as far as that.Your more walking wounded than me Lol. Im bad enough to be amusing
