General Another Mk1 Rescued!

Time to confess, another Mk1 Panda has been discovered & rescued!

I don't know where they are all coming from, but it's good news that some have survived :yum: Had a mercy mission to rescue this one before it went to an unsympathetic hooligan or the owner got fed up & scrapped it

Seems really nice and drives well. Bit of the unmentionable stuff in the rear wheelarch area but it's not too bad at present so will have to wait until I have some money - long wait then...........

Are there any Panda's going to Stanford this weekend, as I may be tempted to try him (no name yet! ) on a long run if there's others for him to sit & talk to?

Its not really a Panda Meet just a general Italian car day, next one is Gaydon or Mitcar in Aug/Sept.

I won't be in a Panda this time, we are coming in our classic 500 instead

Hi Si,

No it's completely original. There's a bit of tinworm in the offside rear wheelarch but otherwise surprisingly good - at least I haven't found anything serious yet but haven't had time to poke around much. Bits & bobs need tidying, and it needs a good polish if anyone fancies a job at Stanford? Oh well, thought I'd ask!

Wish I could see it, but I am trying to cut down on driving the marbella as I dont think its running right.....also can't be taking a SEAT to too many auto italias...I'll be shunned lol.

Thanks - more piccys attached, some from today. You will see the twins met up - both have the same wheels as standard, so I guess the last of the Mk1's all had them.
