You will get better help if you were to give a much better description of the situation. Also if people can help can we keep it in the public forum so as to help people who may have the same problem in the future.
Is it a 4 channel amp.
If so then you need to imput 2 sets (i.e 4) RCA's
If its all connected up properly then it sounds like half the amp is knackered. If it is only a cheap amp then repair isnt normally a viable option.
Can you post some pics up of both ends of the amp, in as good quality as possible.
