Ive just got off the phone to my local dealership, theyve said 390quid to get this replaced. Is it about right?

erm... you fail to mention which model you have..

and whether that price is for a new alternator or recon....

and if the price includes parts & labour...

if its a fiat main dealer, from the convo i had with mine yesterday, labour is £81/hour inc vat!

its a 1.4 8v dynamic. So it has aircon.
I looked online and the alternator alone is 200quid.
I rang back and its 390quid all inclusive. Getting done first thing. hopefully she will be alright. If not im screwed! this is gna make me skint!
