I've bought an Alpine 200 UTE-200BT used, but it will not turn on when I plug it in. The adapter came with it and was previously connected to a Peugeot 206 or 207, but I don't if the previous owner, has done anything to it, so it doesn't work in my Panda. I haven't replaced a radio before, and tried everything on Google, but couldn't find something that works. I think it may have something to do, with the pins on the adapter and Panda being different, but I can't get them out and try them out. I've included pictures of everything and a wiring diagram of the original and alpine radio, so that should help, if anyone has an idea of how to fix it, let me know :D

to it, so it doesn't work in my Panda. I haven't replaced a radio before,
Not something you want to start playing with, without some previous electronic knowledge

The information in the link does not look correct for example

pin 6: receives the "side lights on" signal for managing the instrument lighting

Mess this up and things get very messy very quickly, not to mention expense

Fiat do not use standardised ISO connections. They carry the CanBus signals into the original radio using some of the pins that are used for power on standard ISP pins. you should never plug any after market radio directly into a fiat as you can cause damage by sending or drawing too much current down the CanBus wires.

The original radio will have a sticker on the top telling you which wires connect where. You can connected the Speak ISO connector without modification but you need to modify the other ISO (power) connections to work with any aftermarket radio, if you do not know what you are doing then find someone who does or take it to a garage, as you can cause some serious damage to the electrical system of the car if you get it wrong.
