hi just bought some 16" multispokes off ebay. they was off a fiat barchetta, fitted them today and they look mint but when i go over a speed bump they rub on the back :bang: my cars lowered 45mm and was fine with 15" on no rubbing at all  ive looked and the wheels sit behind the lip on the wheel arch so i dont think there rubbing on that? could it be the bolt that holds the back bumper on undeneath the wheel arch? any advice guys would be grateful cheers. (y)

Mines a mk2 but could be the same. There is a bolt behind that the wheel (not tyre) catches on. My wheel used to scrape but after fitting spacers it hasnt rubbed since (y) To find out take the wheel off and see if the inside lip is scratched

cheers for reply wolf, yeah took it to a mate before to have a look and he said it looks like its rubbing on the back bumper where it sticks out abit towards the tyre on the inside so im just gonna cut it off :D no need for it being there so get rid LOL
