General alloy wheels

got a scratch on one of my alloys cannot get the wheel off it appears tight on the hub,I dont want to start bashing it with a hammer.
I want it off to rub the scratch out so I can re lacquer it,Any suggestions please

You think it's seized to the hub?

Kick the tyre a good kick to loosen it. Make sure the bolts are still in the thread but loose this way the wheel won't fall
