Styling alloy fitment

iv found some 15inch multispokes with a 4x100 stud spacing. the punto is 4x98 spacing

how do i make the new wheels fit? is it some sort of bent stud?

I got a set of wobbly bolts for my mk2 punto i got 18 in total for £20!!! but you need these i can't remember the site i ordered them off and they came next day i went to a local wheel shop and he wanted £35 for a set of 16.... also to center the alloys on the bore you will need some spigot rings only like £1 each best bet is ebay and ask the seller have they got them for that alloy and your car.... them two should do the job
