Technical alarm window up/down

hii everyone

ive just fitted an viper 5002 to my much loved abarth cinq an i have a few spare aux outputs is it possible to wire these to put the windows up an down. maybe using a relay an having the aux as the switch for it? the aux are negative outputs so any help would be great thanks very much
