Technical alarm problem

factory alarm does not deactivete. key batery ok.
any sugestion ?????

Do you have an isolating switch in the main fuse compartment?

Yes I have but, I do not have a key. problem is in door lock remote controle centar .

Is the light on the key coming on? If you open the key up and check the switch, they sometimes fall off.

If it is then I had the same problem, couldn't get the central locking working.

Ive been having this same problem as well, yesterday the keyfob was having none of it and wouldnt light up had to open up the fob take out the pcb and manually had to create the circuit with a small bit of metal to get it to work, it looks as if a switch or something has fallen off from where the small plastic button presses down but there was nothing loose in there.

And sods law i couldnt find my other key to check

there's 4 solder joints on the switch, they often break, resolder them and its good as new.

I can see that there are 4 points there but not having a spare key to hand I cant see how they need to be soldered, if someone had a diagram or a picture of the inside that would be really helpful.
