Technical airbag issues 3 door active 2004

Hi Guys,
Got some issues on my brothers car with the airbag faults, tried everything.
apart from change the car or the airbag ecu.

I have an 04 stilo 2 door, connectors under the seats have been removed and the wires soldered, this cured one of the problems with the passenger squib circuit going open circuit.

The driver seat was manky and torn so i replaced both seats resoldering the connections under the seats.

Still have the 0E side airbag (driver) squib open circuit error.

I have taken the drivers seat apart and sprayed contact cleaner in the plug at the airbag module, re-fitted, scanned and still the same error.

p.s the car has never been in a collision since new, I have checked everything apart from the knock sensors in the b pillars or the connection behind the glove box, wouldn't of thought any of these would cause this fault to be active.

any ideas??

iirc the '0E side airbag' is the 'curtain bag' in the roof... im almost certain i had this fault a few years back, it was the connectors that sit near the rear shock top mounts.

open the boot remove the little cubby hole inserts behand the flaps on either side of the boot liner and search the orange connectors out. unplug them and check the pins for corrosion and plug it back in... might need to do that a couple of times, then turn the ignition on and see if the fault remains.
