Can someone please tell me how to get to the actuator behind the metal plate in the picture in post 36.
I have a 2008 Bravo LHD.
I need to get to the actuator that controls the left side temperature mix.

From this point you should be able to access the top 2 screws of the actuator.

Use a small 5.5 wrench to access from side.

Hi,


just got my vent control fixed in the Fiat garage.
The drivers side and windshield was blowing hot air and the inner/outer air circulation was stuck to inner.


They replaced 3 motors and some heating guides.
The funny thing is, that starting and stopping sound from mottors was present for manny years but I didn't know what it was, so it means some things weren't working but I haven't noticed that something was wrong until hot air started to blow.
So I guess this is very common fault on the new bravo but many people don't even know about if cold/hot air control still works.
Anyway the entire dashboard was taken appart (both doors removed as well) but I'm glad the guy who made the repair is kind of a perfectionist with these things and everything on dash seems to be working like it should.


Anyway, just wanted to share that with you guys.

I've inherited my wife's Bravo, she didn't tell me the Climate Control was up the wall!
So I've changed the three plastic bits on the passenger side, but there's one apparently on the drivers side (right) for the air mix on that side, how do I access that took the first lot of panels off but couldn't see anything

hi all,

my bravo aircon is acting up and seems to be the Actuators that I will need to get replaced.

I was looking through the post and the P/N listed, I tried googling it online to find it but wasnt able to find any online stores selling it.

Can anyone help and point me in the right direction where I can buy this from online?
I'm based in Singapore, so hopefully there is a UK source that can send it to Singapore.

You're welcome. Here is a picture of just some of the parts you need to remove just to get the passenger side foot well cover off because it is screwed on underneath them. Then the glove box has to come out and then the glove box holder. On top of the glove box holder there is a large electrical module held in place by four screws. When you have unscrewed this module don't unplug it, use a couple of tie wraps to fasten it temporary under the dashboard. When you have changed the ones that need doing you will have to run the reset procedure.

is it possible to remove the glove box without unplug the electrical module?
There are a tutorial on this forum about replacing the actuators and the writer said it is need to unplug this module. I'm confused...
There are a picture attached from the tutorial. (Is it the same connector as you mentioned?)

Hi, I'm the one who took this photo. That connector is the power for the small lamp in the box. Unpluging shouldn't cause any prob. Take it out so u can have better access to the actuators.
