Technical air condition problem

Hi Eweryone ,my compresor in ar condition turn on and off ,anyone have the same problem ,any advice welcome ,all line is check there is no leak ,gas is there ,but keeep turn on and off ,checking by multiecuscan ,dint show the pressure and fan dont turn off ?????
