Hi troops , looking for more advice for my 2006 doblo cargo 1.3 multijet.
I have an intermittent air bag warning light coming up on the dash. Sometimes it is at start up other times randomly coming on when driving then goes off later on . The only air bag in the van is in the steering wheel, just worried it comes on when it goes for an MOT end of October. Any thoughts as car electricals are not my strong point . Cheers . Geordie .

A favourite in the past was the seat occupancy sensor wires, check connector block under seat for good connection as a starting point.
Remember to take all safety precautions when dealing with Airbags.:(
If you know someone with good diagnostic code reader it may be worth checking error codes.

Will track wiring to try and find connections. Have had seats out before and don't remember any wiring going to the seat area. Thanks for the reply pal 👍

No wire connected to drivers seat in this van . Looking for advice now to any sensor connections that may require clean or replacement. This van is basic model with wind up windows and no passenger side airbag.

Try to get a MES or Snap On read of the error codes which hopefully give more detail, some basic ones don't see the ABS side as a different computer.

Cheers for that. Will see a few guys at work and borrow a diagnostic reader. My wee cheap one doesn't read any code errors.
