our 51 multipla's ABS light on the dash flashes on telling me to go to a garage every now n then (one in 7-10 times the car is turned on) but the brakes feel sharp and brakes very well, any reason why this is happening.

i have another fault too, the only speaker that works properly is rhe back right one the others flicker on every so often, iv'e checked the drivers speaker and theres no lose wires, could there be a loose wire on the back of the radio, if so how do i get it out to look at it.

cheers guys

The castellated portion of the hub is what the ABS sensor looks for, it needs to be clean so give it a stiff brushing until clean.

Many have been replacing the battery and the message has gone away.

This message came on for 1-3 seconds when starting the car from cold (less voltage from battery) then the message went away with no further errors.

You can also try to fully recharge the battery.

The above tool is for removing the radio . You can always make one yourself from a wire coathanger.
The early radio suffers from dry joints on the PCB at the rear. Just needs to have a soldering iron dabbed on all the joints to cure the intermittancy.
