hi my air bag and abs lights don't come on at all when the key is turned on my 1999 seicento sporting i assume there meant to for a few seconds then go out any know y they don't come on at all? thx

maybe it doesnt have ABS or an airbag. They're not common on centos of that age.

If it has ABS it will have this in the engine bay (just look at the bit circled in yellow, ignore the turbo stuff!)

i dunno it sud have a air bag its got it on the wheel not to sure bout the abs theres a icon for it on the dash but non of thn light up tryed changin the fuses to dident help tho im just making sure cuz the mot is soon :S

not all of the 'airbag' wheels have airbags fitted, and iirc none of them are clever systems - nothing linking them to any other part of the car/ecu etc. It's a purely mechanical device.. so no light on the dash as it isn't connected to anything.

It wont have ABS it isnt a schumi or an MPI model

very rare for a car of your year to have ABS, in fact i would say they would just be you

you will notice other lights that do not light either, such as the trailer light

The dashboards are generic in all cars, it obviously saves money fitting one dash in all cars rather than individual ones depending on the specification
