Technical 1999 1.1 spi Air idle valve

I have had from new a 1999 spi 1.1 seicento sporting but keep having erratic tickover Having checked for inlet leaks etc I have identified a jammed solid Air idle servo so I sourced a replacement "of questionable quality" but that failed after about a year so I bought another This time an INTERMOTOR 14797 but that fell apart after 3 weeks use. can anyone confirm the correct part numbers as I am getting conflicting info from parts suppliers. Are they a problem or am I just Lucky?

I've never had an issue with one. I bought a cheap one from eBay for £5 delivered brand new and it works fine. I was trying to trace another issue and suspected the idle control valve, which it wasn't in the end.
