Our elected MPs however thankfully put it through after the house of lords (unelected people!!) refused to go with Blair's compromisie. This is one of the first examples ever of popular belief winning over the ruling classes and hence is a momentus occasion for our country and true democracy.
Seriously Helz, look into it and you will see it's the opposite day as what you're saying, the Parliment's Act being use for what it was intended for, to over-rule the minority view of the HOL.
And Helz, unnecessary cruelty is everything except the killing of the Fox, i.e. hunting it for a blood sport is unnecessary. There's one thing about being at the top of the heap and there's another abusing that power.
