So the front of your car could look like this? :p

You have no idea what these pictures do to me :(

still not sure whether or not i would run without the lower grill in

looks good though, cant argue with that!

Ive thought about putting it in to make it a bit more stealth but i like it left out.

hey Matt what kind of increase did the Forge FMIC add to you insurance premium?

£110 over the year along with my exhaust and i told them it gives a 10% power gain.

a 20v turbo coop would only smoke an abarth in a sraight line,no contest in the corners or brakes.

i should know i traded mine for the abarth.

LOL, Yea it was sent via royal mail and fair play it arrived by 11am the next day.
managed to finish fitting it this afternoon, far from a easy, quick job. must of took me and my mate a good 12 hours in total. the nuts on the original studs onto the exhaust manifold were seized and had to cut them off with a dremil with a flexi shaft attached to it. Anyway its on and its working. Its not a great deal of a difference, I think it seems to hold the boost for longer. Im guessing now it must be about 160bhp, hopefully once i've had it remapped it will make a real difference.

Did you just get the abarth turbo and bought new gaskets and bolts from a dealer?

I have the turbo at home, waiting to fit it and I'd really appreciate some help with getting all the pieces needed to fit it.

Right then mate. The turbo I had come with all the studs in but no nuts or gaskets. I used the original gaskets and replaced the nuts with stainsless lock tights. its not a easy job. I had to bend 2 spanners to do the job and cut 1 of the nuts off. also the oil pipe to the underside of the turbo, the bolts arn't hex heads or star drives, they something else dont no what they called thou, luckly we managed to use mole grips to undo them and them put it back on using hex bolts.

its not a great deal different I dont think. It feels like it hold the boost for longer then seems to drop off about 5000rpm I think, I think accelaration is up slightly too. hopefully feel a big difference with a remap

How far have you driven on it? You will need to give the car time to adjust to it. Oh and you could really do with a better exhaust on for it.

I haven't driven it that far really, 30miles maybe. I does seem to feel better each time I drive it actually. Induction and exhaust is next on the list, might be a while before they get done thou, got alot coming up.
