That statement sums this whole discussion up for me. My 500, an 85bhp TA feels quicker than my old V6 Hyundai coupe, it isn't, by a long way (i think the 0-60 is about2/3s of the 500) but that doesn't stop the 'feeling', its just more entertaining to drive.

And of course, a well driven 'slow' car will always out perform a badly driven 'fast' car in all but a drag race.

haha yes, and even in drag races sometimes
I have a GPA and for me its the best car. I do freely admit I have driven better cars, but GPA is beautiful, drives well, suits me perfectly in any way (well TBH, I'd like to move gearstick an inch closer to me) and most of all I like its stealthiness... It looks like an ordinary Grande Punto if you don't look too closely, but if you do - it passes you in a flash! Is it cool?... I'm not so sure...
