Tuning Abarth backbox & tips on 500

Has anyone done this? or know of any problems? My friends got one sitting in his Garage that he would let me have so im thinking of getting someone to see if they could fit it to 500. Obviously a bit of tweaking of the rear bumber to fit the two cans but anyone have if any modification to under neath the car/pipes?

It's doable but bumper cut out will look odd unless you get an Abarth rear bumper.

Here's a thread where it came up before (Click here). Get the impression that it's not that big a deal to fit although I wouldn't bother on a standard 500.
