Phone them Gaz, someone from customer retention will call you back and then just say that if they don't give you the internet price you'll join the RAC. That's what I did and I got the net price.

when i signed up with aa last year the guy in the street that i signed up with gave me a great deal both me and my partner are covered and his bike too. he was really nice and honest and said that when the membership is up for renewal it will be really expensive so cancel your membership and sign up again using a man in the street.

Another green flag person here. When I needed them they got a local garage out (it was night time) and were there 15 minutes later. I get it cheap via my family, we are all covered under the same policy and split the cost, works out at about £30 a year including home start and EU cover.

RAC try the same thing on, so beware. My renewal came through for the 2nd level at something outrageous like £120 Quick look online revealed the special offer of £80...quick call, ready to rant and threaten to cancel and they gave me the online price without so much as a whimper
