A Little Advice Please

Hi, not really FIAT related, but, I have a set of infinity 5.25" coaxials that I had in my last car, as I know they won't go in my Stilo (I need some advice there too, but I'll post it seperate), I am intending to fit the in my GF's 93 Micra, so what I was wanting to know is if they will fit in the standard holes?

I know I should just take it apart and have a look, but I really don't have time to take it apart for no reason:I

I think the micra has 6" holes in the doors, I think. My sister has one and I was well shocked when I took her door off to fix her knackered speaker, I didnt take the exact measurment though. Prolly easy enough to build a baffle from MDF though.

Yeah, its definitely easier to fit when the holes too big than too small. They were a tight fit in my fiesta, had to make a spacer from MDF and dynomat. Nice speakers tho

Well Sando, you were right enough, 6". I finally got round to it in Saturday. Decided to leave them though, as the drivers door handle is glued on[}] and as she isn't keeping the car that long its not really worth too much effort, gonna put them in the shelf for the time being

Also fitted my old (not very old really!) Sony MP40 in my Dad's vitara, and the GF's Grandads new Sony MP80, so a busy day all in all and no new toys yet in my Stilo

Thats your problem, your too nice!! You shouldnt offer to fit stuff into your friends and familys car, you wont get anything done on your own car! make them practically beg you, it works for me!
