its bit louder diesely engine noise but i put up with it for the bit extra i get its a bigger pipe aswell you need that to make a difference
surely this setup greatly increases the length of your intake? on a TD you dont usually try to design an intake for max torque (you have plenty already), so a shorter intake should give better results imo.

Jug the intake is actually shorter than the original and I would shorten it more but there isnt room to put the filter which I am told by someone of authority on these things(oldschool off the stilo forum) should be a bit bigger but I am open to ideas. There is something in that picture I havent mentioned I wonder if you have spotted it

i notice you've used mesh to cover the grill on the wheel arch liner. you really need something waterproof to prevent the filter getting wet and dirty. if you notice powerloss in the wet it means your filter is soaked, not uncommon on a bravo/brava/marea with the filter there unless you protect it.
is that a tuning box on top of the battery?

it is I its a dtuk tuning chip works very well probably not as good as a remap but there is quite a noticeable difference. I will take your advice and put something more waterproof there
