General 75 cam

hy ive heard that puting the punto 75 cam in the 1.1 sporting cinq adds a bit of grunt , is this true and wat mods are need for it 2 fit

No mods as such, but you need to check the valve clearances (clearances are different for the 75 cam). Chances are, you're going to have to change at least some of the shims.
