My thoughts too, I currently use a 1gb memory stick but 6gb would be useful, but I must not do it, I have a mp3 player, I will not do it....I won't! Nope, I won't, *switches off*.

Not very read-write though are they.

Also not much use in an office with CD-ROM drives ;)

I have an external HDD too, but since it's powered, I can't use it at work. We have our own powerstation and using untested equipment is not allowed.

Looked like a nice bit of capacity for the £, but I still think of hard drives as being fragile things that can easily lose data. Whereas a flash memory stick can be dropped, squashed,, left near strong magnetic fields (not unlikely given where i work!) and will still retain data. Still, 6Gb for a quid less than I paid for 2Gb flash stick would be mighty tempting...

Not to mention put through the washer machine like mine was :p. All I had to do is remove from plastic casing and leave it on a radiator for a day :D.

Mine went through the washing machine twice (a 1 gb memory stick) and has been fine both times, but I doubt you would keep this 'thing' in your pocket and not remember it.
