General 500 (2016) no microphone

I have a fiat 500 pop which comes without microphone, I have installed the original 7" screen and now my problem is how to connect a microphone and which one to buy.

I had a customer who regularly bought new cars but kept his Becker navigation radio, that was swapped into the new car. The microphone looked like a teardrop cut in half. For the ease of in and out I put the micro on top of the steering column cover (just beyond the speedo in a 500) and stuck it there with Tesa Outdoor doublesided tape that could be removed without residue but stuck very well. He never complained bad telephone performance.
Outher common place is at top of a post trim. Blue & Me cars have the micro in the headlinlng near the interior lamp, but I don't know if basic line is prepared for that.
I have no info where to connect in the jack, does the radio have schematics on the back like the old 1 DIN ones?

The problem is that I don´t know how to connect it to the original 7" screen, I can´t find to buy the cable that goes from the radio to the micro in the 500 that have it preinstalled, I can only find to buy the final part of the micro but I would miss the cable that goes from there to the radio

I have attached a schema i found on the net. Your radio should have that on the back. There are two pins marked mic + and mic -. The cable plugs in there. Don't know which system is used but it could be mini iso. Microphones with mini iso connectors are available for Blaupunkt and other radios with iso and mini iso connectors.
