Styling 5 x118 alloys

Hi, has anyone successfully fitted vw t5 alloys to their van? Mines a 2005 ducato with 5x118 wheels atm, t5 alloys are 5x120, with wobble bolts they will fit, the centre bore is smaller on a t5 by 6mm so could open alloys centre hole a small bit ? Or is it easier to but adapting rings ?
