It depends if the mountings under the seat are there, if they are you would just need the lap belt and the buckle plus the fixing bolts- not sure on cost though.

I've got a 3rd seat belt in my Eleganza. I doubt you would be able to get an official one fitted as the seat beat comes down from the roof. This comes from a special bracket that's fitted into the roof line. Is would also depends if you have a split rear seat as well.

EDIT: What's a g-mail account?

you can fit a third seat belt although not a three point seat belt - those are fitted during manufacture and involve a bracket in the roof.

However you can fit a lap belt yourself. My wife recently bought a Dynamic - not a split rear seat (can't therefore comment on split rear seat set up) - and I'm convinced we got it cheaper because it didn't have the third belt !

All you need is a spanner. You need to undo the four bolts that hold the rear seat down to access underneath the seat where the existing seat belts are bolted in. Undo the two bolts that hold the existing seat belts in and add a lap belt onto those existing bolts.

If you go to a Fiat parts counter & give then ref 70527/00 - 3 they will show you a picture of a Panda rear seat with a lap belt added. However they will charge you about £100 for the lap belt (& God knows what on top for labour to fit it !). I got ours from a firm that convert vans into motorhomes and it cost me about £30 for exactly the same thing.
