Technical 3RD gear acting weird sometimes 😅

Hello everyone my name is Gabriel!

Just bought a japan import 2011 Abarth 500 euro spec Tjet engine 5 speed manual , it has 100k km on the clock and loving it and obviously i have a question

I realized after downshifting quickly from 4th to 3rd gear , I feel the knob has a crunch/notch or a "not smooth shift " i am sure its not a grind and its not permanent , it happens randomly. Is this a common issue or normal ?

Mine (as well as my previous 100HP Panda) had this when the oil in the gearbox was cold. Maybe fresh gearboxoil helps?
