General 2017 UK to EU headlights

Hi everyone,

I'm after some help and advice regarding headlights for my fiat 500.

several years ago I moved to Spain, over time I've exported a couple of cars from England to Spain, changed their plates to Spanish and also changed their headlights to European versions.
They were rectangle/square units and the fiat has the almost round projector style light units so I'm not sure if I need to completely change them.

I know you can adjust the beam up and down, but is there a way to also move them left and right?
with the current rules / regulations due to covid I'm not allowed out of the local area to visit scrap yards to try and source some lights, I can buy them new but I'm looking at more than 200euros for them.

am I missing another screw similar to the white one with Phillips head to adjust left and right?

I've also seen several posts stating different things - change them, leave them, adjust them.

any help and advice would be much appreciated

Update :
I have two white screws on each headlight,
I've moved them clockwise and counter-clockwise,
Obviously one moved the light up and down,
the other moves the Daytime running light,
So neither adjust the headlight left and right

The beam patterns between left hand drive and right hand drive unit's are different it's not possible to adjust it with just the adjustment screws

Yeah I realise now that I'll have to get a Spanish pair of headlights and install them.
