Technical 2013 Ducato 150 multijet > whining noise when revving over 2000rpm

Hi guys, quite new to the forum. We're building a campervan out of our Ducato from 2013.

After changing timing belt and oil, a strange noise developed in the engine bay. It sounds like a whining noise. I can't pinpoint the exact location of the noise, but it could be:

- a leaky turbo hose
- worn turbo

Anyone has an idea? I've tried to film the noise and posted the video on YouTube:

Possibly Air Pressurized by the turbo leaking out somewhere.

Hi Jack, thanks for your swift reply. So this must be after the turbo, before or after the intercooler. Will have a look tomorrow.

So this is not the sound of a failing turbo?

Fingers crossed it is a leak of pressurised air not a failing turbo.
Check all the inlet piping and intercooler , Let us know.
