General 2011 Bravo Climate control

Hi

I've got a 2011 2.0 Multijet which has suddenly developed a heating problem.

It has the individual controls for passenger side/drivers side when both sides are set to "LO" the drivers side blows cold air out yet the passenger side is blowing hot.

I'm confused to why this is happening surely both should blow cold when set to "LO"

Can anyone offer advice/solution please

It may be the plastic connecter between one of the actuator motors and the flap opener may have broke.
