Technical 2009 Fiat Ducato motorhome lights only working on one side

Hi I have a Fiat Ducato based motorhome on a Autotrail Cheyenne Tag Axle body 3.0 litre 2009
The main lights are only working on one side the left hand side I have no lights ie side lights headlights on the right hand side
If I switch the lights on and off a good number of times they will all come on eventually Not sure were to start looking if anyone could point me in the direction it would be most appreciated Steve

i had this on 2007 680fb,i found there was a fuse box drivers side inthe door pillar floor leval behind seat
a pannel had to come of and there was small fuse box . mine was just bad earth.

Checking fuses and earths is a good starting point, if that doesn't work get yourself a multimeter and start tracing wires from the switch/relay until you find the problem.
