Technical 2008 fiat bravo diesel!

Hello ive recenlty brought a Fiat Bravo diesel on a 08 plate and there is a strong 'eggy' smell coming from exhaust any idea what the problem could be?

Presumably you are fueling the car with diesel, and not recycled cooking oil?

possibly a cat breaking up they generally smell like that when they are going
