Technical 2008 Ducato 2.2 100bhp Idle erratic when cold

I'm having pretty much the same issue on my 2011 2.2. When its cold, it starts fine. After idling for a couple of minutes the revs hunt for a while, then it cuts out. It will restart with no problems, then do the same thing. When the engine has warmed a little, it doesn't cut out, just drop to about 500rpm, then "fire up" again. When its a running temperature, it idles with no problems at all.

The EGR has just been replaced, because it was cutting out at junctions ect.
I am tempted to try cleaning out the low pressure regulator, but the symptoms don't seem to be a fuel supply problem, or it would happen all the time, wouldn't it?

I monitored all temp sensors, egr opening, low pressure fuel valve opening requested fuel pressure and actual.
The actual was all over the place, but the rest of the sensors seems constant.
I took the low pressure regulator off and cleaned it up, and when I refitted it, the idle was near perfect.
Unfortunately it has only lasted just under a week before it started hunting again... Back to the drawing board..

Hi having the same issue on a autotrail fiat ducato, had a issue with the
p0530 - Refrigerant Pressure Senor
p0638 - throttle valve control
P0402- EGR Solenoid valve stuck open.
P010F - Air Mass meter faulty

We had the the mass air flow replaced seemed fine for a couple of week, but then had another issue when we lost power going up hills, we had had another mass air flow valve replaced but still we had issues. So eventually replaced the throttle body.

Only since weve had the throttle body replaced weve noticed the engine on idle revs dropping every couple of seconds.

Weve been to fiat and got our legs ripped of as all the above errors were cleared apart from the p0530 - Refrigerant Pressure Senor which has alway been there since weve bought the van - air conditioning doesnt work which is that error.

The throttle body that we had was https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/374069828410?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=NEitZn9QSJS&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=OkSW8TtnRc2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
This is the new throttle body, which has been improved since the original one.

Jusrt wondering if you could give me any pointers as to the route cause. Nothing is showing on the obd reader apart from p0530 - Refrigerant Pressure Senor

I have done that. Everytime I have taken it in I leave it over night so they can test it from cold.
Over last few days it has been ok. Can fuel temperature be an issue as it has been warmer last few days? or quality of fuel as I have stopped running it on morrisons fuel and started using
