Hi can any one offer any advice before I spend Hundreds at a garage to find the problem.
My Fiet Ducato 2008 keeps immobilising, after around 10/30 Minn of putting the key in and out, wiggling around the immobilise warning light will eventually come of and I am able to start the van.
also don't know if this is normal or something todo with the problem but I can take the key out when I have tuned the key in the barrel if that makes sense.
So when you turn the key ones and it turns the dash bored, radio ect on just before you turn it again to start the engine I can actually take the key out leaving the dash bored and everything on.
Not sure if that's normal or if that's something that you shouldn't be able todo and maybe an indication that something is wrong with the key barrel.
I hope I have explained this well enough sorry if I haven't.
